RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Ari G Luxe Collection, we want you to love your purchase!

Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on lip gloss and beauty products for hygiene and safety reasons.

For accessories (sunglasses, handbags, jewelry), we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original condition  

• Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery  

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs  

To start a return, please contact us at nisa331@yahoo..com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS  

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Sale items  

• Used items
